    Event: Hosted by ASTRA as a networking event for women employed in Australia’s Entertainment Industries.

    Brief: Source a number of high-end female skewed brands and products to present as a Goodie Bag reflective the fun and open atmosphere of the event.

    Results: Kabuki Boy was able to secure a number of innovative premium products from a range of female focused sectors including beauty, lifestyle and health brands. Our bags were a great success and reported as a highlight of the evening.

  • DISNEY’S BEAUTY & THE BEAST – STATE THEATRE

    Event: An exclusive Premiere of Disney’s live action Beauty & The Beast hosted at Sydney’s historic State Theatre.

    Brief: Kabuki Boy was tasked with sourcing items, packing and delivering 2,000 Gift Bags with a princess / fairytale theme to launch a limited run at the unique venue.

    Results: Working with a number of clients, Kabuki Boy was able to put together a Gift Bag that exploded with colourful products, well-known brands and some whimsical surprises that enhanced the audience experience in this exclusive setting before lighting up social media.

  • OSCARS 2017 LIVE TELECAST LUNCHEON

    Event: An exclusive live telecast of the 2017 Academy Award ceremony held at Sydney’s iconic State Theatre.

    Brief: Create a Premium Gift Bag for guests that reflected the fun and glamour of the Academy Awards. The invite-only event was attended by heads of all major studios, celebrities and a number of special guests.

    Results: Kabuki Boy secured a number of innovative premium products that ranged from deluxe candles and bottles of sparkling wine to quirky gadgets, his-and-hers cosmetics and Swarovski jewelry. Our Gift Bags happily exceeded client expectations.

    Event: Fifty Shades Darker special advance screening presented by Chicks at the Flicks.

    Brief: To source a range of beauty and lifestyle products for Chicks at the Flicks ticket holders to feature in the goodie bags. Fifty Shades Darker marked one CATF’s biggest events with over 35,000 ticket sales nationally.

    Results: Kabuki Boy secured a number of name brand partners to supply both full-size product and additional promotion for the landmark event. Each CATF ticket holder received a branded goodie bag with products ranging from cosmetics, make-up, lifestyle products and premium snacks. Participating brands recorded a spike in word-of-mouth and social media activity.

    Event: Kabuki Boy is a proud supporter of the YoungCare Charity which hosts a number of fundraisers each year to help place young people requiring ongoing medical and health care in suitable accommodation with peers of their own age.

    Brief: To supply Gift Bags and unique auction items as an incentive to purchase tickets to YoungCare fundraisers targeting various demographics.

    Results: With the generosity of our clients, Kabuki Boy has established a strong brand within the YoungCare community. Our participation has proven to be a strong incentive for ticket sale, bids and overall fundraising for the charity.

    Brief: To source a range of relevant products to appear in a VIP Gift Bag for guests of the invitation only premiere of the short film Room 317, starring social media mogul and fashionista Sarah Ellen.

    Results: Kabuki Boy secured a number of boutique beauty and lifestyle brands to supply full-size products that mirrored the film’s dynamic fashion and avant-garde styling. Each of the guests presented with the bags, including social media & online journalist, beauty & fashion trendsetters and filmmakers responded with an overwhelmingly positive energy, which only enhanced the evenings success.

    Results: Kabuki Boy secured a number of name brand partners to supply both full-size product and sample products for the landmark event. Each CATF ticket holder received a branded goodie bag with products from cosmetics, make-up, lifestyle products and premium snacks. The event generated a massive amount of social media activity for participating brands.

Both Arnie and Jai were reportedly ecstatic with the gifts with Arnold wearing his Local Supply sunglasses during the duo’s official press call resulting in worldwide exposure across traditional and social media.
