The 11th Annual ASTRA Awards just added some major beefcake to its on-stage talent with the announcement that True Blood’s resident Pack Master and Magic Mike eye-candy Joe Manganiello will be taking to the boards of the Sydney Theatre, Walsh Bay to present one of this years big awards.
A fan favourite on the supernatural phenomenon True Blood, Manganiello portrays Bon Temps’ Alcide Herveaux, a loner werewolf thrust into power in order to save his pack from being made into pawns by former fanger and series Big Bad Russell Edgerton.
And while the U.S. import will surely attract the attention from many of the evening’s female attendees, as well as spawning a man-crush or two, he certainly won’t be the only ASTRA Award V.I.P. turning heads on July 25th. Joining Joe on stage throughout the evening will be the likes of Jennifer Hawkins, Megan Gale, Charlotte Dawson, Jules Sebastian and the always luscious Deborah Hutton who will be hosting the evening’s hijinks.
